We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and providing our clients with a wide range of vehicles to suit their needs. We are looking for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join our team and lead our used car sales department to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the used car sales department.
- Manage and motivate a team of salespeople to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and enhance the customer experience.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers, providing them with exceptional service throughout the buying process.
- Analyze inventory levels and sales trends to make data-driven decisions.
- Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote used car sales through online and traditional advertising channels.
- Ensure the dealership complies with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Maintain and grow the dealership’s network of vehicle sources.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Used Car Sales Manager or in a senior sales role within the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of used car sales processes, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
- Strong negotiation skills and a customer-first attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- OMVIC License
