Job Type:

• Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Lead a diverse group of technicians and apprentices, overseeing their training, work quality, and performance. Provide coaching and constructive feedback to foster professional growth and development within the team.
• Monitor repairs, investigate repeat issues, and enforce quality control measures to uphold the highest standards in vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Offer technical assistance and expertise to other technicians when faced with complex or sensitive repairs, helping them overcome challenges and maintain efficiency.
• Interact with customers to understand their concerns and ensure their needs are met. Provide recommendations and guidance on the best course of action for their vehicles. Liaise with Manufacturer representatives to escalate service requests and address technical repairs effectively.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines and promote best practices to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
