What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking skills, handling phone calls, emails, and in-person customer interactions with a positive and cheerful attitude. Proficiency in composing emails, using Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and processing reports is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage online appointment requests
  • Schedule service appointments via phone and email
  • Follow up with customers who previously declined recommended services
  • Provide daily reports on appointment statistics
  • Efficiently use multiple computer programs
  • Maintain a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute (WPM)

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Clean criminal record check (required upon hiring)
  • Experience with PBS dealership software is preferred but not mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
