Parts Department Sales Associate - Owasco RV
Job Title: Parts Department Customer Service Advisor.
Employment Status: Full time
Must be available: Mon-Fri 9:00am-6:00pm and Sat 9am-5pm
We are looking for people who will:
- Assist customers with purchasing the right Product/Parts
- Merchandise the show room
- Assist with inventory and stock room
- Assist technicians in gathering parts
- Work with the internal parts advisor to order parts
- Be personable while exhibiting professionalism with every client/employee interaction.
- Look up, locate & order Parts/Accessories for RV's through our multiple vendors

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to customers who enter the department
- Assist customers in selecting the parts they need by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Assist delivery drivers
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Self-motivated individual and will drive themselves to deliver results
- Basic computer/ tablet skills
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
- Outgoing with a friendly personality
- Have quality customer service skills
- Possess strong communication skills
This job requires standing to up to 6 hours per day and also the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
