Owasco RV Centre is looking for an: Energetic, Enthusiastic, Reliable & Self Motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team! This is an opportunity to work for an exceptional company and enjoy the benefits of competitive pay and a great work environment.

Working Hours: 40-45 hours per week

Must be available: Monday-Saturday between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Help clients plan their dream RV Vacation
• Quoting RV Rentals
• Booking RV Rentals via telephone, email, and in-person
• Completes regular follow-ups to encourage RV Reservations
• Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Takes the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction, even if it requires overcoming obstacles
• Ensures that each and every customer encounter is consistent
• Completing Rental Agreements
• Daily cash and credit card transactions- when needed
• Completing orientations of RVs to clients during check out
• Qualifications:
• College or University education an asset
• The employer will provide all training
• German and/or Dutch Language Skills (as well as English) considered an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Work days:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• sales: 1 year (preferred)
• customer service: 1 year (preferred)
