Audi Floor Sales Manager - Audi Durham

Position Overview:

Audi Durham is seeking two enthusiastic and results-driven Floor Sales Managers to join our growing team. As a key member of the sales leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on the sales floor, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth. Your leadership, combined with your passion for Audi vehicles and exceptional customer service, will be crucial in taking our dealership to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Meet and greet all customers, introduce them to salespeople, and stay involved throughout the sales process to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Assist with Closing Deals: Support the sales team in closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Lead Follow-Up: Ensure daily follow-up with leads and ensure that all leads are properly managed through the CRM system.
  • Team Coordination: Meet daily with sales representatives to review follow-ups, targets, and portfolios, ensuring alignment and focus on achieving goals.
  • Showroom & Test Drive Management: Maintain showroom displays, ensure test drive vehicles are ready, and facilitate customer test drives, window sheets for CPO vehicles
  • Trade Appraisals: Perform trade appraisals for customers and provide accurate, competitive offers.
  • Appointment Management: Confirm next-day appointments with customers and ensure the sales team is prepared.
  • Fleet Sales Support: Assist with the Fleet Sales Department as needed, contributing to a broader range of sales opportunities.
  • Reporting: Send nightly reports on leads, closing ratios, and any other relevant sales data to track performance.
  • Final Closing Duties: Lock up the dealership at the end of the day, ensuring all areas are secure.

Successful Applicants Must Have the Following Prerequisites:

  • Minimum 3 Years Sales Experience: Proven track record in automotive or luxury sales, with a strong performance history and a desire to grow into Sales Management with a leading luxury brand.
  • CRM Utilization: Experience using dealership CRM systems and adhering to follow-up procedures.
  • Commitment to Customer Satisfaction: A strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of Sales Laws (OMVIC): Understanding of the laws (OMVIC) that govern retail auto sales and the ability to apply them in daily operations.
  • Professional Appearance: Consistently maintains a professional and polished appearance.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
